Brady Beitlich is a healthcare professional with more than 10 years of experience in physician practice operations, hospital service lines, marketing, and process improvement. Most recently, Brady served as Director of Marketing at Southeastern Spine in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he supported patient growth and physician referral development until April 2026. He holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Florida and has completed multiple Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt projects throughout his healthcare career. Brady was born in Sarasota, Florida, on April 26, 1988. Growing up near Siesta Key and Sarasota Bay, he spent much of his childhood fishing and spending time on the water. His interest later expanded from saltwater fishing to bass fishing, and he also developed an appreciation for fly fishing after a trip to the Sierra Nevada. He attended Pine View School for the Gifted, where he was elected Class President in 2004 and graduated in 2006. Brady went on to the University of Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Behavior in 2010. During college, he accepted several leadership responsibilities, including roles with his fraternity, Student Government Productions, and Florida Blue Key. Brady continued at the University of Florida’s College of Public Health and Health Professions, earning his Master of Health Administration in 2012. While completing the program, he served as Treasurer of the Health Administration Student Association and built a strong foundation in healthcare management. His career began through an administrative fellowship at St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. In that role, he supported executive-level projects and helped oversee patient experience, customer service, and communication functions within the Level I trauma center. In 2013, Brady earned Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification and led a process improvement project at HCA Sarasota Doctors’ Hospital. Later that year, he moved to Chattanooga and joined Catholic Health Initiatives, where he worked on performance improvement efforts involving surgical services, charge capture, patient flow, and operational processes. In 2016, Brady joined HCA Physician Services Group as a Practice Manager in Snellville, Georgia. He managed neurosurgery, pulmonology, endocrinology, and primary care practices while overseeing daily operations and financial performance. In 2019, he was selected for HCA’s Leadership Institute Academy. During his eight years with HCA Physician Services Group, Brady helped open a remodeled neurosurgery outpatient practice in Chattanooga and supported improvements in coding, billing, documentation, reimbursement, provider productivity, and staff engagement. His leadership also helped improve communication, clarify responsibilities, and reduce voluntary staff turnover. In November 2024, Brady became Director of Marketing at Southeastern Spine. He developed referral growth strategies, managed marketing efforts, strengthened community relationships, and created materials, presentations, and social media content to support the practice’s visibility. Brady has also contributed to professional and community organizations. He was a founding member and Secretary of the Greater Gwinnett Medical Group Management Association and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He has volunteered with Ronald McDonald House and Paw Paw’s Homeless Ministry. Outside work, Brady Beitlich enjoys kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, tennis, gardening, interior design, and floral arrangement.
