Hello! I saved my life recently. I was stuck. But luckily I found a path to happiness and growth. And I want to share some of the things I've learned. I am a former marketing executive and still freelance for brands I admire. But now I work full time as a speaker and development coach. I practice in three areas: personal growth, business mastery, and sports mastery. All three are related and I am happy to tell you how. I found my new life via Transcendetal Meditation, Energy Leadership Training, and Reiki. For me it was the recipe for transformation. I practice all three because the my path to a better world involved changing my mind through transcendental meditation, creating a positive energetic field through coaching (the laws of being and attraction), and healing and wellness via Reiki. We are all connected through energy. We are not in the world, the world is in us. Remember "the life you save may be your own."
