Check in on line meant our arrival at the hotel was dealt with efficiently and we were in our rooms within ten minutes. Sadly a sandwich ordered in the evening was hard and inedible. I got my money back. Was not able to charge this to room. Staff who served me did not know why and had to get help for refund. Hotel is on the flight path of London City airport. Bit noisy in the evening but not at night. Very good value rooms booked months in advance. Would use again but not eat there! Our stay was for a concert at the O2, on our return we decided to sit in the bar for a few drinks, great until the arrival of a large rowdy works party caused havoc at the bar, staff to serve were in short supply hence we cut our night short. The only tiny thing was there was only one set of towels, and I booked for 2 people, but that was easily rectified by a quick trip to reception. After hours bar was great but could do with extra staff when know there is a large band playing at 02 and lots of guests will be going to see them and then coming back to bar for a nightcap.
