Meredith Ruble is Managing Director at Maximus Partners and has more than 25 years of experience in financial management, investment banking, and strategic leadership. Her background includes fifteen years in investment banking and ten years as a chief financial officer. She works with private equity investors and executive teams to strengthen financial operations, support sustainable growth, and address complex challenges across education, services, and technology businesses. Meredith began her career at CMS Companies in Philadelphia in 1993 as an analyst, later as a senior analyst. She subsequently joined Stifel Financial Corporation in 2000, where her investment banking work centered on education companies and education technology services. Through these roles, she developed expertise in financial analysis, transactions, and collaboration with business leaders, laying the groundwork for her later executive responsibilities. Meredith served as Chief Financial Officer of Noodle Companies LLC from June 2017 to June 2019. She rebuilt accounting systems and processes supporting Noodle Markets, Noodle Partners, Noodle.com, and Noodle Pros. Her responsibilities also included cash forecasts, budgets, reporting tools, and oversight of finance, accounting, human resources, legal, and IT functions. This work helped the businesses develop stronger internal systems and a clearer foundation for operational decisions. Meredith later became Chief Financial Officer of Noodle Partners PBC, serving from June 2019 through December 2023. During her tenure, the business grew from $1 million to more than $90 million and expanded its model from managing outside vendors to providing broader university services. She helped guide four acquisitions and supported four debt rounds and seven equity rounds that collectively raised $120 million, while managing investor relationships and major financial decisions. Meredith previously served as Chief Financial Officer at ID Tech Camps from July 2013 to March 2017. She introduced budgeting and planning tools, strengthened purchasing and expense controls, and helped turn customer service into a more data-informed sales function. During her tenure, revenue rose from $25 million to $65 million over three years. Her financial and operational leadership also contributed to the company's eventual sale to Emeritus for $200 million. Meredith approaches complicated business problems with structured analysis, practical metrics, and close collaboration. Throughout her career, she has helped raise more than $150 million in debt and equity across eleven capital rounds and has worked on mergers, acquisitions, and integration. She uses tools such as Adaptive, Tableau, NetSuite, SalesforceIQ, and HubSpot to connect financial information with performance goals, helping teams assess progress and make informed decisions. Meredith Ruble grew up in central Pennsylvania and spent more than a year abroad as an exchange student beginning at age fifteen. After attending Mercersburg, she studied economics and Japanese studies at the University of Pennsylvania. She values the opportunities she has had to lead investment banking and finance teams and to support growing companies. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, cooking, home design, and gardening, interests that reflect her creative side.
