Morgan Papay was born in Winfield, Illinois, and raised in the nearby suburbs. She attended a private Catholic school where she excelled in a structured academic setting that emphasized education and community involvement. Throughout her childhood, she developed a strong work ethic and a balanced approach to academics, extracurricular activities, and helping others, which laid the foundation for her future aspirations. From a young age, Morgan became active in her local church, participating in services and youth group activities.
