Philip Raymond Baquie, Psy.D., is the founder of Tradecraft Leadership Group. This consultancy supports leaders in high-risk industries in performing under pressure, communicating with precision, and building resilient, high-performing teams. With a background in military service, law enforcement, and private security, he offers practical leadership solutions shaped by years of experience operating in high-stakes environments where failure is not an option. He brings together psychological insight, operational knowledge, and human performance science to help leaders think clearly, act decisively, and lead with integrity. His training has been delivered to personnel from Navy SEALs, Army Special Forces, U.S. Marshals, DEA, and U.S. Border Patrol. Through his Presilience and Human Factors Leadership frameworks, he helps teams improve decision-making, communication, and accountability well before problems arise. Phil Baquie contributed a chapter to an upcoming book on leadership and wellness for first responders. He was also a subject matter expert and cast member in the award-winning documentary PTSD911, which features firsthand stories from a firefighter, police officer, and 9-1-1 dispatcher, providing a powerful look at the lasting impact of trauma. He studied Executive Leadership Coaching at Harvard University. As a Strategic Leadership Mentor at Tradecraft Leadership Group, he works with professionals to remove barriers to performance, sharpen focus, and build trust-based leadership. Holding a Doctor of Psychology and extensive experience across military, law enforcement, and energy sectors, his work in 39 countries has deepened his understanding of cultural dynamics and the foundational values shared by successful teams—trust, responsibility, and connection. He served more than seven years as CEO of Alpha 6 Tactical Solutions, leading tactical operations for high-profile clients and delivering over 500 training sessions to SWAT units, Special Operations Forces, and federal agencies. Philip Baquie also founded Wellness Centers USA, a behavioral health company with two clinics and 35 staff, where he created performance and resilience programs for veterans and law enforcement executives. He served eight years in the U.S. Army National Guard and Reserves as a Sergeant, leading Infantry and Tactical PSYOP teams. Philip Raymond Baquie remains dedicated to developing leaders who can build strong teams and succeed in the most demanding environments.
